It examines the Book of Order, exploring the roles of councils, the responsibilities of ordained officers, and the democratic processes that guide the denomination. Beyond administrative rules, the curriculum considers how polity serves the mission of the church in pursuit of social justice and communal accountability. Participants will learn to navigate the principles of ecclesiastical law and apply them to local congregational life and broader denominational witness.
