Faith, Justice, and Holistic Wellness

About

This program explores the intersection of personal health and faith-rooted justice work. It provides a framework for holistic wellness that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals committed to social change and advocacy. Participants will examine traditional healing practices, the importance of rest as a form of resistance, and practical strategies for maintaining long-term resilience. By centering the human spirit, the course ensures that the work of advocacy remains sustainable and grounded in principles of compassion and self-care.
